Broglia Villa Broglia
GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI
Broglia Villa Broglia, was created in the vineyards of Villa Broglia in 1989 to mark the birth of Filippo, Piero’s second son. The vineyards are situated within the Commune of Gavi and, due to their splendid position, they allow the production of top quality grapes. In order to obtain the maximum purity of taste, Villa Broglia wine is produced using traditional methods, grapes are picked by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 18°C. This wine is characterised by its fresh fragrance, fruitiness, with undertones of white flowers and a persistent reminder of almonds. An ideal wine for all types of Mediterranean dishes.
