Blanc de Blanches Bruno Broglia is a classical sparkling wine, it is traditionally produced following the customs of the area of Gavi. Cortese grapes, have for a long time, formed the base of superior ‘Blanc de Blanc’ wines of the Piedmonte region. Broglia Brut is bottled from the grapes of our vineyard after early harvest. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 ° C. Following the technique used in the production of classic method sparkling wines, the wine referments in the bottle remaining in contact with the yeasts for a period of at least 18 months before disgorging.
