Fermentation occurs between 12\u00b0 and 16\u00b0C with the aim of maintaining a fresh fragrance and fruitiness. The vineyards are situated within the Commune of Gavi and, due to their splendid position, they allow the production of top quality grapes.\r\nIn order to obtain the maximum purity of taste, Villa Broglia wine is produced using traditional methods, grapes are picked by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 18\u00b0C. This wine is characterised by its fresh fragrance, fruitiness, with undertones of white flowers and a persistent reminder of almonds. Obtained from the grapes of older vineyards planted in the years between 1953 and 1955. On average, the harvest in different vintages, from these vineyards has been between 30 to 40 q.lis per hectare. Grapes are hand - picked and collected in wooden cassettes before being transferred directly to the presses to ensure that the clusters arrive intact.\r\n\r\nDue to, the abundant structure and acidity, of these grapes we are able to obtain a truly remarkable wine suitable for storing; maintaining its fragrance and freshness over years.\r\n\r\n The name \u2018Bruno Broglia\u2019 is in honour of the founder of the agricultural company, the wine is  acknowledged as a reference point for white wine production, and every year it receives both National and International recognition.
